The work of Dallas-based photographer Robert M. Peacock has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, People, Southern Living, Coastal Living, Organic Gardening, Southern Accents, D Home and other leading magazines.

His images also have appeared in such well-received books
as The Big Texas Steakhouse Cookbook (Pelican, 2011), Porch Parties (Chronicle Books, 2010), Dallas Classic Desserts (Pelican, 2009) and Southern Cocktails (Chronicle Books, 2007). Next to hit shelves will be San Antonio Classic Desserts, to be published by Pelican in September 2011. What's next? In 2012 look for his work to be featured in The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek Cookbook from Rizzoli, and Sweet on Texas from Chronicle Books.

Robert has worked as a staff photographer for The Tampa Tribune, The Austin American-Statesman and others. He holds a master's degree in American studies (with an emphasis on photo history) from the University of Alabama, and degrees in both photography and American studies from The University of Southern Mississippi. He also has taught photography at the University of Alabama. He is married to author and stylist Denise Gee, with whom he often collaborates.
